experienced and inexperienced property investors alike are at risk of making critical mistakes
when considering an NRAS investment.
This eBook is designed to help you avoid the 11 Greatest NRAS Mistakes!
In writing this eBook we assume that you have already read our first eBook in our NRAS series,

the time to download it and read it.
Let’s have a brief re-cap of NRAS in the meantime.
NRAS was created by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) as part of a strategy to
address housing affordability within Australia.
NRAS has been established to:
· Increase the supply in affordable rental dwellings.
· Reduce rental costs for low and moderate income households.
· Encourage large-scale investment in affordable housing.
The scheme aims to facilitate the building of new affordable rental properties through the
provision of significant incentives to property investors. Investors are eligible to receive these
incentives for ten years.
